Inactive Properties

Greyed Out  - "In Suspension"
When a property is set to "inactive" for any reason, all active inquiries for that property will become "greyed out" in appearance.

Inquiries are not cancelled or active, but are "in suspension" until the property becomes active once again. 

Locked Inquiries
While these inquiries are "greyed out", neither guest, host or iTravex Customer Support Specialists is able to modify or complete a reservation from the inquiry.
